Shipping Policy

We ship by UPS and LTL trucks carriers. In stock merchandise is shipped out in 2-3 business days, Backorders items are generally 1-3 weeks for manufacturing unless the product is on order from a mill, in which you will be notified by a Aasdel Corporation Representative with an estimated arrival date.Under UPS shipping guidelines, delivery is unavailable to P.O. Boxes.

Return Policy

Aasdel Corporation stands behind our product and wants you to be fully satisfied with every item purchased online with

  • Aasdel Corporation accepts new and unused online purchases within 7 days from the date of shipment.
  • Each return requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call 1-800-659-7565 for a RMA number and the request can also be e-mailed to
  • Returns received by Aasdel Corporation without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Returned products must be in or with original packaging and in resalable condition. We cannot accept a return with any indication that it has been used or handled in such a manner that prevents Aasdel from reselling the product.
  • Returns on laundered and washed items will not be accepted.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid except when the product being returned are found to be defective.
  • Please inspect the merchandise at the time of delivery and note any visible damages in front of the carrier driver. When the damages caused during the shipping is properly document, the product will be replaced as needed without any additional cost of freight to customer.
  • For your protection, we recommend using UPS or LTL carriers for your return. Please keep the tracking number from your return shipment to ensure that the package is delivered to our warehouse.
  • Returns should be sent to our distribution center and please call or email us for further assistance.

Credit for Returned Products

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to approval. Aasdel Corporation reserves the right to inspect and return product to the customer if they are not acceptable. Unaccepted returns will be shipped back to the customer with a letter stating our reason for your denied claim.
  • Once your return is received and reviewed, you can expect a refund within 7-10 days.
  • Refunds within the 7-10 days will be credited back in the original form of payment. Note: Shipping and/or other applicable charges will not be refunded.
  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. Also, when product received was damaged during the transportation and was properly document on the delivery reciept.
